WHO IS JEFF?
From Montreal Canada, Jeff's a plant-based endurance athlete. As an amateur, he as competed in the Canadaman Xtriworld tour full distance triathlon, the crossing of Lac Tremblant (11.5km), the Ultra Marathon Bromont (80km), and has a personal record of 7 full marathons in 7 days. Certified ISSA trainer, he is now sharing his passion for HiiT training coaching people online from his fitness studio.
WHAT IS A HiiT CLASS?
HIIT is a 45 min full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. The classes are open to all fitness levels, options will be given to beginners. Depending on the class, you may need light dumbells (5-15 pounds), a rubber band , a chair and or Yoga mat.
WHEN AND HOW MUCH ARE THE CLASSES?
The first class is free to try, simply email or DM on social media. Monthly subscription is then only 39$ per month giving you access to all classes.
